      OpenSSL provisioning was updated in https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/342842

      The OPENSSL_ANDROID_HOME env var is pointing to an invalid location. Instead of building the specified updated version from source, it uses a prebuilt older archive.
      As a result, qtbase configure doesn't find openssl, which caused https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-94355
