Doc build support with Conan

    Description

      Do we need to implement a recipe that handles the doc build using Conan?
      If so then the steps are:

      cmake -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=gcc -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=g++ -DQT_BUILD_EXAMPLES=ON -DFEATURE_developer_build=ON -DWARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS=OFF -DQT_LIBINFIX=TestInfix -DQT_NAMESPACE=TestNamespace -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER_LAUNCHER=sccache -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER_LAUNCHER=sccache -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/home/qt/work/install -DQT_BUILD_TESTS=OFF /home/qt/work/qt/qt5

      cmake --build . --target qtbase/src/plugins/platforms/all qtbase/src/plugins/sqldrivers/all qttools/all --parallel -v

      cmake --build . --target docs -v
