Description
Packaging should only need to request a generic linux, mac or windows machine which contains python2.7 and python3 + signing tools. Current understanding is that dev branch should be always suitable. The coin cloner could always resolve those machines that contain the 'Packaging' feature so there would be no need to know the label names in Jenkins side.
