Telegraf not provisioned on arm64 macOS

    Description

      Telegraf is not provisioned on the arm64 macOS. Current 1.20.0-rc0 version on macOS arm64 does not support some key plugins yet.

      We should provision the telegraf latest when these plugins are supported.
