Add an example from every Qt module for B2Qt testing

Add an example from each module to e.g. a suite_example_detail test suite (or create own for B2Qt). First it does suffice to just build and run the application from command line. Hook into running application if applicable. Build and run sort of test at first (build, run on device, close the application and check there are no crashes). Later add UI tests.
