Move Integrity 'toolchain.cmake' file out of integrity_toolchain_addons.zip into qt5.git's provisioning as a regular file under git

      Currently the CMake toolchain file used by CI is located inside a zip file on an internal server.

      We should move it as a regular file into qt5.git somewhere under provisioning directory.

      The advantage is proper git blame history when something is fixed.
