Enable all bots on qtpositioning repo

    Description

      Now when the qtpositioning repo is created, all bots need to know about it.

      I can remember at least these bots:

      • Submodule Update bot
      • Cherry-pick bot
      • Jira bot that closes the items and provides the fix versions

      I might be missing some more bots.

      Please enable all these bots (and others, if required) for the new qtpositioning repo.
