Fix qtpositioning.git repo issues

      The new qtpositioning.git repo produces the following error when cloned:

      warning: remote HEAD refers to nonexistent ref, unable to checkout.

      My guess is that it's because the repo is still trying to use master as its default branch, while we are using dev.

      The second problem, as pointed by Thiago, is that the repo is missing a GitHub mirror.
