Make "Post comment on Gerrit" checked by default

    Description

      Maybe it's just me and my workflow, but when scheduling a build, I always check "Post comment on Gerrit". There has never been the situation where I did not want to be notified by gerrit per mail when a build is done.

      Therefore, I propose to make "Post comment on Gerrit" checked by default.
