It would be really useful to see all the inline comments of all patch set applied on top of the latest patch set, in order to check if all of them were addressed (or there was a reply, etc.) before approving. In other words: I'd like to use the inline comments as if they were "bug reports" against code which need to be manually addressed one by one (f.i. closed by replying with "Done", etc.).

This is especially useful for bigger changes with lots of revisions, many files, etc, where it's easy that a comment slips by and is left unaddressed.
