Downloading https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-7.2-bin.zip ..........10%...........20%...........30%...........40%...........50%...........60%...........70%...........80%...........90%...........100%
Depending on external repos has bitten us in the past, for example when the external repo goes down, or it blacklists us because of repeated requests.
Can't we pre-install Gradle in provisioning and use that? And use a URL pointing to our internal servers?
