Test offline installer installation with license when all seats are reached

    Description

      Check that the license preched finished succesfully, the installation log should contain:
      Site license precheck finished

      { "message": "License valid. Installation can proceed.", "status": true }

      Check that QtCreator is NOT opened and that "Expires=<expirydate>" is NOT found from qtlicenses.ini.
