    Description

      Cherry-picking changes has been responsible to a greatly increased CI load. To help this, cherry-pick staging should be batched, such that more changes can be integrated in a single run.

       

      Batch staging changes 4x daily should greatly reduce CI load. 00:00, 09:00, 12:00, and 18:00.
