Add provisioning for QEMU MIPS

It is possible to run the QEMU tests for armv7 and arm64 targets in COIN.
It would be beneficial to run tests also on MIPS64 target to test the big-endian memory order.

The MIPS64 boot2qt environment is already supported in 04-yocto.sh. It looks like the only missing part is the binfmt binding to MIPS QEMU.

In Qt Safe Renderer project we run the tests manually (see QSR-888), but it could be run as part of other tests in COIN if there is suitable provisioning.
