Make wayland testable in CI so that qtbase unit tests can run on top of Wayland QPA

    Description

      More and more linux desktop distros start to use Wayland as default, for example, GNOME. And KDE is also working on that.

      Wayland is more and more popular on Linux than X.

      We need to make sure our tests in qtbase working fine on Wayland in CI.
