Highlighted examples: do not reserve device if example is not compiled

For saving time and recourses, udpate the highlighted apps test so that the example is compiled first and it that's successfull reserve the device only then.

Now, in Qt6.3.0 beta3 snapshot, there is something wrong on compiling the apps, the test spends time on reserving the device which it's not able to use after all because the tested app is not compiling.
