Create performance tests for Qt Installer

To have more static information about performance, please use some of the repositories that do not change, for example the archive test repositories. For example in Linux:
qt-unified.exe --add-temp-repository http://it-ap144-hki.intra.qt.io/enterprise/qtsdkrepository/linux_x64/desktop/qt9_src_doc_examples_targz/,http://it-ap144-hki.intra.qt.io/enterprise/qtsdkrepository/linux_x64/desktop/qt9_targz/,...etc (add more repositories to make the measuring more comprehensive)
Performance can be measured from the log where each line is started with time stamp. Please start measuring after the repositories are dowloaded from network to filter out the delays caused by the network speed change.
Measuring can be started from line:
[<timestamp1>] Extracting meta information...
and end line:
[<timestamp2>] Installation finished!
Calculate the diff from timestamp2-timestamp1
