Test long-term reservation feature - On-premises site license v2 server

      The on-premises license server should grant long-term reservations AND shorten current long-term reservations to a normal short-term based on a user list available in access control list file, section longtermUsage (ACL) as a JSON file.

      Setup instructions prior to testing:

      • Start license server executable with environment variable LONGTERM_USAGE=yes
      • The ACL file has been pre-configured, but its content will change according to test cases
      • Installations from offline installer has been done in prior to actual testing.
