Test case: Long-term list malformed - Grant new normal reservation to user

This test case assumes that

• The installation is done in prior.
• License server started with environment variable LONGTERM_USAGE=yes

The content for ACL file regarding long-term reservation feature for testing:

Check that "Expires=<expirydate>" is found from qtlicenses.ini after successful opening of QtCreator/Design Studio and the value should be "2022-04-20", if tests done on 19/04, but NOT "2022-07-31"
