Benchmark each local SSD and study for improvement

Local SSD's on hosts have varying performance which affects CI reliability. These hosts need to be taken offline one by one and run performance tests on SSDs to figure out which ones don't work.

Also software RAID option should be benchmark.

Result of the this task should be an action plan for each slow host (like buy a 2nd SSD and enable RAID)
