Merged patches with the Fixes: footer do not update the corresponding report on JIRA

      In the last few weeks I've noticed that merging patches with the Fixes: footer does NOT automatically update the corresponding Jira task with the versions/commits of the fixes.

      For instance this got just merged:
      https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/420423

      But the corresponding bug report is still open:
      https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-103940

      This is something that definitely shouldn't be done manually – people won't add the right versions/commits (esp. in case of cherry picks) and so on.
