Implement daily reboot for CI ARM Macs

      CI ARM Macs don't have a virtualization layer currently. Over time the machines start to slow down. Reboot fixes the issues for a while. Rebooting between every integration caused that randomly the machines were not coming online. As a compromise solution the machines could be rebooted daily.
