IFW: Test universal macOS binaries on Apple silicon

    Description

      For Qt Installer Framework 5.0.0 release, the delivered official binaries will be built as universal binaries (supporting both x86_64 and ARM-based machines) for macOS. The existing RTA test cases currently ran on macOS-clang-1X.XX-x64 platforms should be also tested on the arm64 platform (exact macOS version to-be-defined - latest available?).
