Old testresults data needs to be archived and purged, because InfluxDB is slow

    Description

      Testresults server is using all its RAM (100GB) and frequently swapping. The InfluxDB process is taking 220GB VSZ.

      To ease the load on the server, we must archive the old data and delete it. Similar to what was done in task QTQAINFRA-3501.

      Archival and deletion complete. Old data can be found at: http://ci-files01-hki/testresults-influxdb-backup/
