QNX tests are failing on loading libfontconfig.so.1

    Description

      QNX tests run in the Qemu fail randomly: FATAL: Could not load library libfontconfig.so.1

      This is some how related to host being so busy that even basic operating systems functions fail. Not to the test itself.
