My email is used on two accounts

At some point I was able to create another account I think with the same email, I think, but with a different username, now I tried to get a confirmation email from the "new" current account, but it warns me that there is another account with the same email. It prevents me from contributing to Qt. I cannot connect to the previous account since I think it's associated with the same email. If there were to connect to the previous account, it would be nice. I probably did something wrong at some point, but I can't figure out what.

Is it possible to merge my older account with the newest one or the other way around so that I have only one account?

The new account is under id: 1009608
