Test OpenGL with ANGLE on Windows

    Description

      In the Windows configurations currently in the Qt Project CI, all tests using OpenGL more or less crash or are otherwise useless, because the test machines are VMs with only the built-in basic Windows software GL available.

      We should investigate if the ANGLE support now integrated in qtbase will enable us to meaningfully test GL on Windows.
