Add QtMobility Symbian binary package to Pulse for projects not including but depending on QtMobility

Modify current QtMobility test script to upload QtMobility binary self-extracting file to QA-Store.

We need QtMobility specific Perl script to modify QtMobility configuration files to support the target extracted environment. Also support to extract it to Pulse testing environment needs to verified. Demo application repository is the first client needing this.
