Refactor logging for all the submodules of the coin_scraper script

Now that the script has several submodules, they should all use a common logging facility with different log levels and redirection capabilities.

For that, all the print() calls should be refactored to use the logging module. The submodules should inherit the logger object that the main script instantiates.
