LeakSanitizer is spamming build logs with ERROR that are not real ERROR

      There are bunch of these errors
       
      ==30958==ERROR: LeakSanitizer: detected memory leaks
       
      That according to fabiankosmale are not real errors.
       
      Please silence these ERRORs or run the sanitizer with a wrapper script that filters them out.
       
      Fixing the build log parser user for COIN is not a sufficient option, we need these ERRORs gone from the raw logs as well.
