Add manual tests to RTA testing

manual tests might require a user to have some interaction with the test for it to work, in scenarios where the test cannot be automated for example in the case of permissions, where a user need to accept/reject and see the behavior in various scenarios because the same applies, the system might bring a dialog to the user which Qt cannot control. It has a benefit to run these tests to ensure no regression because they're not run in the CI.
