Make B2Qt label names shorter

There is one Windows config label (win-msvc2019-Windows11-22H2-x64_B2QT-nxp-imx8mmini-lpddr4-evk), which is too long (>265) when appended with all the paths that Squish uses on test suite reports and prevents tests to be run:

Also some other configs fail with production test job, since the 'production' word adds the length.

Plan how to get B2Qt labels a bit shorter. E.g. is the 'B2Qt' string needed still? And is the 'nxp' needed, afaik that's the board manufacturer, and seems apalis/colibri targets don't mention the manunacturer either, so maybe unify the naming convention to have all necessary strings but nothing extra.
