Looking at the build targets of cross-compile builds (android, iOS, Qemu, webos, etc.), it seems that only Android is done on RHEL hosts, and ubuntu (or macOS) is used for the others.

This just raise the question, is that intentional? do we need to keep it that way or move to ubuntu as well?
