Sanity complains about upstream when picking from LTS branch

      When picking from an LTS branch such as tqtc/lts-6.2.6 up to tqtc/lts-6.2, the sanity bot complains that the source of the cherry pick is not a valid upstream commit and gives a -2.

      LTS branches with prefixes should be valid targets for the sanity bot.
