Repository request for commercial tool: pyside/tqtc-qtpip

Hello, I'd like to request a commercial-only repository for a commercial tool we will start developing.
We don't need a CI configuration at the moment, we might add it later.

Name: pyside/tqtc-qtpip
Description: QtPip a pip wrapper for installing commercial wheels
Responsible persons: the gerrit pyside group, if only one person is required it can be me (Cristian.Maureira-Fredes@qt.io)
Existing repo URL: https://git.qt.io/playground/qtpip (history can be erased, and put under a new "Initial commit" commit message)
