Update the ER Diagram for the latest schema of the database

I used pgadmin 4 to design the schema I attached to tickets QTQAINFRA-5106 and QTQAINFRA-4563. Unfortunately, after some time the tool started showing errors when I tried to do a change and/or did not allow me to save my changes. It became a time sink to workaround the issues, so I stopped updating the ERD and just updated the textual representation of the schema (SQL).

I think it's useful to have the schema presented in a graphical manner. Should I give pgadmin 4 another try, or install a new tool and redesign the ERD?
