      Initial meta package exists for 6.3.1 and 6.3.2

      • qt6.3.1-eval
      • qt6.3.2-eval

      RTA should test that these packages exist and the installation succeeds.

      After installing this meta package any matching (Qt version) Qt example should build and run successfully.
