Android ffmpeg plugin missing from 6.5.0 RC

      The packaged plugins for Multimedia should be:

      • android backend - (libplugins_multimedia_androidmediaplugin_arm64-v8a.so)
      • ffmpeg backend  - (libplugins_multimedia_ffmpegmediaplugin_arm64-v8a.so)

      As seen in the attached screenshot, only the android backend is there. The android architecture does not matter, it is missing for all of them.

      It is present for macOS.
