coin_scraper.py should download testresults directly from the correct Coin server

    Description

      Currently it tries to download from all servers, in this order:

      1. coin
      2. testresults
      3. ci-files01

      Ideally it would find the correct server (probably listed in the previous API queries) and try to download directly from there, without any retries.
