Add a Coin configuration that verifies the qt5 supermodule including all submodules, passes the full "configure" phase with no errors

      It would run for every qt5 integration, and it would only do:

          cd $SRC_DIR
    perl init-repository
    cd $BUILD_DIR
    $SRC_DIR/configure  -make examples  -make tests  ....
