Update ci_patchbuild_bot to SafeJSONStringify objects in logging

    Description

      Objects passed to Winston for logging appear in traces as [object Object]. The package "safe-json-stringify" can help with this. Be aware that non-json objects like plain strings or Exceptions will result in an empty stringified object "{}".
