GitHub - Pipeline url missing in the first gerrit message

    Description

      Github doesn't provide the pipeline url in the http response as gitlab so that it's not possible to return the url to the gerrit immediately after creating the pipeline.

      Need to search for the active pipelines after creating it to find the url and post back that to the gerrit.
