Update TestRail projects for Boot to Qt and add smoke and full plans

Testrail:
-split Boot to Qt to different TR projects based on Qt branch.

• remove combined sha1 and use meta-qt6 sha1 in tests (meta-boot2qt checking see: 'New test case')
  (- add test suites)
• modify parent name to code
• keep tier1 and tier2/3 division in TR plans
• plans matching with smoke, full, Tier1, Tier2.
• modify configurations
• yocto

Jenkins:
-modify triggers to start the new smoke job when new content is available

New test case:

• Check meta-boot2qt sha1 from: https://ci-files02-hki.ci.qt.io/packages/jenkins/meta-boot2qt/6.5/latest/SHA1
  (same with the version: when branched, change to e.g. 6.5.2)

Smoke vs. full:
smoke:

• use the current qbsp test suite as the 'smoke' with small modifications

full:

• all the rest: installer smoke, highlighted apps, b2qt_hw, yocto byos
