The cherry-pick bot doesn't seem to understand a Pick-to:6.5 without a space after the colon

      That change didn't get picked. We should perhaps

      a) make the bot more lenient so that it allows zero or more whitespace after the Pick-to: colon

      b) make the sanity bot check that the Pick-to: format is correct.

      I have a preference for (a).
