Description
Tickets get ignored forever because the assignee is not active, and nobody else sees the tickets.
We should be aware of such tickets and re-assign them.
Create a tool that scans Jira for tickets where the assignee hasn't posted a single comment and the ticket has been ignored for more than X days.
Do something with those tickets. For example re-assign them, or post the new ones in a Teams channel so that developers have a look.
