Fix Gitlab CI broken by update to 16.3

    Description

      Gitlab version was upgrade from 16.2 to 16.3 in last maintenance break.

      The change brought in some CI changes that broke MCU pipelines and Gitlab Coin executor.

      Fix Coin custom executor script by removing ps1 script formatting fix needed in older Gitlab versions.
