commanline tests should install examples before deployment

When deploying examples from command line, the project should be first installed to temporary directory and whole directory content should be deployed to the remote device.

Otherwise some of the needed binaries won't be available on the device.

This also makes sure that examples has correct install commands set up for deployment.
