Combine Android UI full tests suites to one job

To optimize build machine time, create one (or use existing) Jenkins job for all Android UI tests in the full test set.

Define order in which suites are executed, leave the tst_install case only for the first suite and remove from others. This way the time consuming installation is done only once for one target and all testing is done with the same installation.
