Nightly codechecker/sanitizer builds should properly resolve module dependencies and build all modules

Now that CMake can calculate and print module dependencies, the scripts that are used in the nightly codechecker and ASAN builds should use that logic, in order to build all modules in the right order.

Currently plenty of modules are skipped, so fixing it will help analyse more submodules.
