Make updater.py to support Alias package definitions

    Description

      Alias package definitions need to be pushed to back-end the same way as ACL files.

      The updater.py is not able to combine multiple alias .json files into one document and push it to back-end.

      Adjust the updater.py to support Alias .json documents as well.
